1. Bed body
● The bed body adopts square tube welding, undergoes rough processing after annealing, and then undergoes outdoor aging treatment, with good rigidity and high accuracy, which can maintain long-term use without deformation.
2. Cutting workbench
● The machine adopts a gantry double drive structure, imported gears and racks, and high-precision linear guide rails, with smooth transmission and high accuracy. It can be equipped with an exchange workbench, which can enable cutting and feeding to be carried out simultaneously, greatly improving the production efficiency of the machine tool.
3. X, Y, and Z-axis motion control
● The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with Fuji high torque servo motors from Japan, which have high precision, high speed, high torque, large inertia, stable and durable performance. Ensuring the high speed and acceleration of the entire machine.
4. Slag discharge system
● The lower part of the bed is equipped with a small car, which can collect waste materials from the production process and small parts.
5. Dust removal system
● The ZK-6015A-3000W CNC laser cutting machine workbench has a dedicated partition dust removal system, which is used to remove dust, exhaust gas and other substances during the production process, making the working environment achieve a comfortable effect.
6. Transmission part
● Adopting Taiwan YYC precision gear rack transmission, equipped with centralized lubrication device.
● Adopting a high-precision planetary gearbox from Japan's Shinbo, the reverse clearance is less than 2 arc minutes and adjustable, with strong rigidity and impact resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation with precision.
7. Laser cutting head
● Adopting imported fiber optic specialized cutting heads (with registration value mirror groups)
● The cutting head is equipped with an extremely sensitive non-contact sensing device, which can achieve a very stable Z-axis floating function under the control of the system, directly eliminating the impact of uneven board on cutting quality.
8. Laser generator
● Advanced fiber laser that can work continuously for 24 hours.
● Fiber lasers can operate in continuous or pulse modulation modes up to 20 kHz, with an electro-optical conversion efficiency of over 25%. The dynamic working range of the device is between 10% and 105% of the total power, and the beam divergence angle or beam quality does not change throughout the entire range, giving the device unprecedented functionality: the same laser device can be used for both high-power and low-power applications, such as welding, precision cutting, etc.
● Compared with other traditional lasers operating at low power, this type of laser has a much smaller divergence angle, allowing for the use of a lens with a long focal length to significantly process the area and reduce the contamination of the lens by splashes. The length of the optical fiber used in the equipment can reach 15m, which can be suitable for multi output optical gates, combiners, galvanometers, and optical fibers with different core diameters.
9. Cutting software

Gas source: Output 0.6Mpa or above, dry and clean compressed air, with a supply rate of 0.3 cubic meters per minute; If the air dryness is not sufficient, users should be equipped with a refrigerated dryer, otherwise there may be problems such as water ingress into the pneumatic components causing increased piston friction resistance, wear of the sealing ring leading to air leakage, especially in winter, which is prone to icing and exacerbates damage to the pneumatic components.
3. Environmental temperature: 0 ° C to+40 ° C; Below 0 ° C, it can cause components such as oil-water separators and air tanks that may contain water to freeze. Lubricating oil becomes too viscous due to low temperature, affecting lubrication effectiveness and leading to component damage or failure.
4. Environmental humidity: Relative humidity of 20-80% RH (non condensing).
5. Stay away from strong vibration sources and electromagnetic interference; If the distance is too close, the user must be equipped with a filter, otherwise it may cause problems such as computer screen flickering, LED flashing, driver alarm, encoder abnormality, or interference with other nearby devices.
6. An environment with little dust and no harmful or corrosive gases.
7. Do not cut off power while the equipment is in operation and maintain voltage stability.
